It's been a little while since I mentioned this little Ruby lap quilt. Last time I was talking borders... I've got the white border on, and I like it, but I think it still needs a coloured border.
I'm thinking of using the gorgeous print I've circled in the photo below. Definitely my favourite in the range. Thoughts?
Gorgeous quilt and I have some Ruby charm packs that I'm really temped to use on this quilt for some instant gratification...if you don't care that I copied you that is. Also, I love the white border, it makes the entire fabric collection 'POP'. I'm wondering if maybe just a bright binding might add the touch of color your looking for to set off the white. Just a thought...Hugs...
OOPS, meant to add that I thought your choice for the colorful border would also work as the binding because even though the larger print won't be showcased, it brings out every color in the collection. Again, just a thought, Hugs...

I agree with stitched with prayer - a nice bright binding would finish it off nicely. xxx
Such a pretty fabric range. I can't wait to see what you decide. ann :-)
This quilt is gorgeous - I love the colours. It really would look perfect with a bright co-ordinating binding. What size squares did you use?
