New Moda has Arrived!

It's definitely that time of year; we've had so many new fabrics arrive this week. We have early release pre-cuts of a lot of Moda's upcoming ranges, including Aria, Strawberry Fields Revisited, Ombre, Simply Colorful II and Lil' Red

Vintage Picnic from Bonnie and Camille sold out on arrival, but we are still taking pre-orders for when the range arrives in January

We also have some great new arrivals from Robert Kaufman; both the Remix and Urban Zoologie lines designed by Ann Kelle.

Happy Home by Sew Caroline for Art Gallery Fabrics

This lovely fabric arrived from Art Gallery recently and I still can't get enough of it.

There are some funky prints including a gorgeous text print. All available by the metre or in fat quarter and half-metre bundles. You can see more here.

Kaleidoscope Quilt

With a full time job, my sewing time seems to be getting less and less. And with the warmer weather finally approaching I don't see it getting any better. But I did finally manage to start a new project!

I've been blissfully eyeing off a Gooseberry Jelly roll, from the lovely Lella Boutique.

And who could go past her gorgeous Kaleidoscope pattern? I found a little time over the weekend (apart from a tonne of spring cleaning) to whip up the first few blocks. They are super easy! No crazy points to line up at all.

 

I can already tell I'm going to love this quilt.
